Bulk Billing: Wyndham House Clinic operates under the Medicare “Bulk Billing” System. There are no additional fees for patients under Medicare (excluding some private vaccinations). To be bulk billed, it is essential that you bring your current Medicare card with you. Please also present any pension or concession cards you may have. Patients without a current Medicare card or consulting with Dr Guymer and Dr Bhullar will be charged a cash fee for the time of the consultation.
REPEAT SCRIPTS Not antibiotics or drugs of addiction
We can issue a repeat script for collection, faxed to your pharmacy or sent via SMS to your phone, provided you have had a consultation with your doctor in the past 6 months and have previously had the same medication supplied. The administration staff will book you into a short telehealth appointment with your Dr who will call you during their consulting hours to provide your script. Please note this telehealth appointment is not a general consult and will be for discussion and supply of your repeat script only. For other issues please book a regular appointment
Medicare will be billed for this short telehealth appointment and there will be no charge for provision of the script.
Dr Guymer’s patients will need to request a script from the admin staff and there will be a $15 charge for this service
Dr Bhullar and Dr Guymer will be bulk billing from 1st November and biller consultation is applied until this date.
The following will be the new rates for each doctor including the Medicare rebate changes.

Please Note
Health Care Cards and Pension cards must be shown to reception staff when attending appointment.
Veterans Affairs patients are bulk billed to Veterans Affairs if the patient is a Gold Card Holder.
Longer consultations/procedures, home visits, hospital visits and after-hours consultations attract higher fees.
Please advise at the time of booking if a longer consultation is required or if you are booking in for a procedure. This ensures that your doctor can keep to time.
WORKCOVER
All Workcover related consultations are charged full fee directly to the patient at the time of the consultation until a Workcover claim has been accepted by your employer’s insurance company. On occasions in the absence of an approved claim, the patient may need to cover costs up to $800. These will be fully refundable when the claim is approved through the insurance company. We will always provide you a receipt that you may submit for a Workcover reimbursement claim. We do not bill insurance companies directly for Workcover claims.
