Dr Sneyd graduated from Melbourne University in 1980 and completed his training with the college of GP’s family medicine program in Shepparton in 1984 with a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Having discovered the many attractions of Shepparton and the surrounding region Dr Sneyd joined Wyndham House Clinic at the beginning of 1985 and has continued to practice family medicine feeling privileged to have been involved with multiple generations of local families.

His current interests are on the benefits of nutrition and lifestyle medicine with a focus on chronic disease and hormonal management of men and women throughout life. He also has interests in aged and palliative care along with mental health, especially in the field of mind body medicine.

Dr Sneyd is also passionate about ongoing medical education for the next generation of doctors and supervises the training of medical students from the University of Melbourne in their final 2 years of the medical course. He is also a Training Supervisor of General Practitioners under training though the GP Registrar Training program

HIs hobbies include golf, cycling, music, food &wine and travel.
