Dr Shaikh Hossain was born in Bangladesh where he completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2006. He has since gained extensive experience in the medical field, working in hospitals in Bangladesh, United Kingdom, and Australia. He has also worked closely with rural communities in Bangladesh as a General Practitioner. Dr Hossain moved to Shepparton in 2021 to work in Goulburn Valley Health in different specialties including acute emergency medicine, general medicine, geriatric medicine, surgery, and respiratory medicine. He lives in Shepparton with his family and wants to remain here to serve the lovely Shepparton community.
